My personal favorite “sip” is the playtex insulator, They are BPA free, phthalate- free, decently priced, typically don’t leak or spill, and they have some really cute designs. Also, keep this tip in mind when purchasing the little bowls with lids such as "take n toss"- the lids fit the cups and the bowls. A friend of mine purchased the take n toss cups for her daughters birthday party, ( which I thought was brilliant) so each kid had a cup with lid, no spills on her carpet and each child could take one home. I don't know why you would "toss" them - but they are cheap enough to share. These brands I've referenced are available at most retail stores or you can buy them through amazon, I'll share links and photos below.
On a side note, These sippy cups are also available with lids that have straws, but I don't recommend them since I've had difficulty cleaning the straws and actually found mold in a sippy straw that got put away damp. However, I'm a bit of a pushover and I do have a couple since the kids do love those straws. Just let them air dry.
